With over 20 years in the risk management field, David has worked with individuals from all types of backgrounds and multiple types of businesses. David comes to us with a background in safety management and insurance risk management consulting, working with nationally known carriers and well known Arkansas businesses. In 2022 he transitioned into the role of a Financial Advisor, but has been involved with investing for many years, self-directing his personal investments for the last 15 years.
An alumnus of the University of Central Arkansas (UCA), David graduated Cum Laude from the College of Science, earning a B.S. in Biology/Physical Sciences, using this to become a Chemist for a local ammunition factory. This experience led into work in the Safety and Risk Management industry. He has recently earned a Series 7 and 66 security registration and insurance license from the state of Arkansas.
With mentoring and collaboration from Matt Boyles and Kyle Hensley, David is using his unique background and experience in training and risk management to help clients navigate a steady course in an ever changing financial environment. As an Investment Adviser Representative and Registered Representative, David’s roles include meeting with clients to develop financial plans and focus on goals, conducting trades, servicing accounts, performing portfolio analysis and rebalancing, making investment recommendations, and conducting reviews to ensure client satisfaction.
David and his wife Kelli reside in Beebe, AR with their three daughters (Mallory, Haylee, Shelby), dogs, cats, horses, miniature goats, and chickens. They are all involved in church activities, and the girls’ other interests keep the family busy with travel softball, horse shows, choir, and theatre. During his limited free time, you will find David hunting, fishing, tinkering with antique trucks, or just enjoying the “quiet” solitude of mowing a field on an old tractor.
